St. Peter’s Church has towered over Ashley Cross since 1833. Its seen Marriages and Christenings and Funerals and a continuous round of prayer and celebration. Its seen happy times and sad times and its been a place to mark important moments for literally thousands of Parkstone families, among them Lord and Lady Baden-Powell. They were married here and their first child was Baptised her

The “Friends of St.Peter’s Church” exists to help  keep this marvellous Church standing so that it can continue to serve this community and thousands more families in years to come.

If you’d like to help to maintain this beautiful church you can do so by joining the “Friends of St.Peter’s.

Our next ‘Friends’ event is a grand Harvest Barn Dance at 7.00pm on Saturday 30 September at the Church. 

Tickets are £12.50p (£11 if you are a ‘Friend’) or £4.50p for children.
